Join Our Team as a **Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant**
Rise Up Rehab, LLC is a local outpatient rehab company seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to perform PT treatments (under supervision of a licensed PT) at a large ALF in the medical center. New contract, building caseload. Goal is 15-20 visits/week. Benefits - 401K.
