Join Our Team as a **Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant**

Rise Up Rehab, LLC is a local outpatient rehab company seeking a **Licensed Physical Therapist*
* to perform PT visits (under the supervision of a PT) at a small ALF in the off Hausman and 1604. Position is consistent PRN/part-time, approximately 10-16 visits/week. NO PRODUCTIVITY!

**Licensed Physical Therapy Asst Requirements:
- Current license in Texas as a PTA
- Familiarity with Net Health (Optima) for documentation is a plus, but training is available.
