Head Lifeguard (Spring-Summer 2026) at Almaden Cabana Club – San Jose, California

Execute cabana opening and closing procedures. Perform rotational duties which include office support and check-in, pools supervision and life-guarding, general cleaning of grounds and areas, and maintaining an orderly and enjoyable environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum age 17 years old when position commences

• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training and CPR for the Professional Rescuer certifications

• At least 2 seasons experience life guarding (minimum 200 hours)

• Willingness to learn and to be accountable for shift operations. Able to manage the motivate junior lifeguards.
