Shift: M-F;1:00 PM 9:30 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for our client.
- Set and enforce standards for health and safety during work operations
- Research and identify ways to reduce waste and maximize resources
- Provide recommendations to Maintenance Manager on ways to improveexisting quality processes
- Supervise technicians, inspectors, and other company staff to ensure they perform their duties in line with companyprocedures
- Monitor product development processes to identify deviations from quality policies
- Conduct tests to verify the quality of raw materials and finished products
- Review existing process and product specification to identify the need for improvement or upgrade
- Maintain proper records of quality test, procedures and standards.

Skills Required and Physical Demands:
- 1+ yearsof professional experience working in Quality Management
- Proficiency in Google Workspace andMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Excellent written and oral communication with interpersonal skills.
- Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings and status reports
- Attention to detail
- Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws
- Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards
- Proven hands-on experience as a mechanic, with strong diagnostic and repair skills

Prior management or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
