About the Role

Vertosoft is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across our growing portfolio of technology partners.

In this role, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation within the public sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to gain hands-on experience across multiple digital channels in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Requirements:

What You’ll Do

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and digital advertising channels
  • Support campaign setup, deployment, and optimization to improve performance and engagement
  • Ensure campaigns align with marketing objectives and target audience needs

Content Development & Management

  • Create and manage digital content for website, email, and social media platforms
  • Develop promotional assets aligned with brand voice and partner messaging
  • Support design and content creation using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Website & SEO Optimization

  • Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaigns
  • Support search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO) efforts to improve visibility and traffic
  • Assist in optimizing content for performance and user engagement

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Support development and execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Assist with audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Maintain email marketing best practices and data quality

Sales Alignment & Support

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop content and campaigns that support go-to-market initiatives
  • Contribute to lead generation efforts through digital campaign support

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, including website traffic, engagement, and campaign results
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness

Market Research & Insights

  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior
  • Apply insights to improve campaign strategy and positioning

What Success Looks Like

  • Timely and accurate execution of digital campaigns
  • Growth in website traffic, engagement, and lead generation
  • High-quality, on-brand content across digital channels
  • Clear and actionable performance reporting
  • Strong collaboration with marketing and sales teams

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Arts & Design, or related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships included)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., marketing automation, analytics tools, social media platforms)
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Basic understanding of SEO/AEO and digital performance metrics
  • Interest in technology or public sector (B2G) marketing
