About the Role:

The Orthodontic Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an orthodontic practice. This position is responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of patient care and satisfaction. The Office Manager acts as a liaison between patients, clinical staff, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination. They are also tasked with financial management duties, including billing, budgeting, and insurance processing, to support the practice's profitability and compliance. Ultimately, the role is essential in creating a welcoming and organized environment that fosters patient trust and supports the orthodontic team’s success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in office management, preferably within a dental or orthodontic practice.
  • Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
  • Proficiency with practice management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
