The daily tasks for this position include:
- Open, date-stamp, and distribute mail daily. *
- Provides backup assistance to answer calls missed by the intake call center. *
- Monitors and stocks all copy areas, making sure the machines are filled with paper and extra reams of paper are available. Also monitors and stocks envelopes, certified mailers, labels for label maker, etc.
- Monitor and order supplies as necessary for both general office needs and the marketing team. *
- Stock the appropriate areas with all office supplies, food, and other items. *
- Check each conference room and the lobby area for clutter and cleanliness at the beginning and end of each day.*
- Run errands as assigned. *
- Coordinate and oversee office maintenance and repair needs from initiation through completion.*
- Assist the marketing team with special projects, including packaging, shipping, and tracking promotional materials and client gifts.*
- Coordinating and managing office lunches.*
- Coordinating holiday decorations set up and clean up.*
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Outlook, LawBase Case Management software and NetDocs.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
