What will you be doing?

• Collaborate with senior traders to develop and execute trading strategies

• Analyze market data and trends to identify trading opportunities

• Utilize Python/R/MySQL (or similar tools) for post-trade analysis to assess performance and identify improvements.

• Monitor and manage trading positions, ensuring compliance with risk parameters

• Continuously learn about market dynamics and trading techniques

• Work closely with the technology team to improve trading algorithms and tools

• Participate in post-trade analysis to assess strategy performance and identify improvements

• Other opportunities as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Experience in leveraging data and tools to answering questions and solve problems

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly

• Python and relational database experience preferred but not required
