Duties for This Position
The Home Health RN provides nursing care to patients/clients as requested by the patient/client and, when required, as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policy. By seeking and obtaining sufficient information to function effectively, the Home Health RN will supervise and coordinate all patient care within nursing and between departments and provide the highest standard of care in meeting the needs, conditions, and care of the patient population.
Education Requirements
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
Certification, Registration, or Licensure
Current Utah R.N. license, current CPR
Experience
One year experience preferred
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities. Excellent organizational skills. Flexibility in a demanding environment and ability to prioritize utilizing good judgment. Flexibility in scheduling i.e. nights, weekends, holidays.
