Cook Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation & Cooking: As a kitchen team member, you’ll be preparing fresh ingredients and cooking up mouth-watering bowls and wraps that guests will love! You’ll work with a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques to create healthy, flavorful dishes.
• Maintaining Kitchen Organization: Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, following all food safety regulations.
• Quality Control: Ensure that every dish meets our high standards of taste, quality, and presentation. You’ll be the final touch on every dish that leaves the kitchen.
• Speed & Efficiency: In a fast-paced kitchen, you’ll be expected to prepare and cook orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and cleanliness.
• Team Collaboration: As part of the kitchen team, you’ll communicate and collaborate with your fellow coworkers and front-of-house staff to keep the flow of service smooth and guests happy.
• Inventory & Stocking: Help with inventory, keeping track of ingredients, and ensuring that the kitchen is always well-stocked with what’s needed for the day’s service.
