This role offers the opportunity to own and evolve critical analytics and marketing technology platforms that support data-driven decision-making.
The position focuses on building scalable architecture, governance frameworks, and enablement strategies across complex data ecosystems.
Working closely with Engineering, Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams, the role ensures platforms are reliable, well-adopted, and aligned with business goals.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, platform ownership experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
This position plays a key role in improving data quality, reducing complexity, and enabling teams to confidently leverage enterprise tools.

- Own the architecture, governance, and strategic direction of assigned analytics, marketing technology, or experimentation platforms.
- Define technical standards, configuration guidelines, integration practices, and operational frameworks to ensure consistent platform usage.
- Create and maintain governance documentation, including implementation standards, naming conventions, data schemas, access controls, and best practices.
- Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Product Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to integrate platforms into the broader technology ecosystem.
- Develop onboarding resources, documentation, training materials, and enablement programs that help teams use platforms effectively and independently.
- Monitor platform health metrics, including data quality, reliability, latency, adoption, and coverage, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for platform-related questions, escalations, troubleshooting, and complex technical challenges.
- Manage vendor relationships, including renewals, licensing, roadmap discussions, feature evaluations, and service-level agreements.
- Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt, improve platform capabilities, and increase operational efficiency.
- Support platform-specific initiatives such as customer data governance, tag management standards, attribution models, experimentation frameworks, feature flag governance, business intelligence workspace management, and analytics integrations.
- Drive cross-functional adoption by influencing stakeholders, establishing best practices, and ensuring teams can effectively leverage platform capabilities.
- Contribute to platform migrations, architecture improvements, and strategic technology initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience in MarTech, analytics engineering, growth engineering, platform management, or related technical disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience owning, administering, or governing enterprise-grade platforms within analytics, marketing technology, experimentation, attribution, or business intelligence environments.
- Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise platforms such as Customer Data Platforms (Segment, mParticle, RudderStack), Tag Management solutions (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch), Experimentation platforms (Statsig, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely), Attribution platforms (PartnerStack, Impact, Everflow), or Business Intelligence platforms (Sigma, Looker, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, including data collection, instrumentation, transformation, warehousing, and downstream analytics consumption.
- Experience creating governance standards, technical documentation, implementation guidelines, and operational processes.
- Proven ability to drive adoption and alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to balance technical complexity and business impact.
- Comfortable managing ambiguous projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain high performance standards.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, or healthcare is preferred.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Sigma, Salesforce, cloud data platforms, vendor management, licensing negotiations, or SLA management is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range of USD $123,500 to USD $142,000.
