Position Summary:

Tigua Facility Services (TFS), part of Tigua Inc., supports federal facilities, operations, maintenance, logistics, and mission-support requirements. Tigua Inc. is owned by the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo (Ysleta Tribe). This anticipated position will support Air Force Civil Engineer Center operations, facilities, test ranges, laboratories, and research, development, test, and evaluation activities at Tyndall Air Force Base.

Perform Air Force onsite logistics, equipment-accountability, supply, TMDE/PMEL, PMI, CTK, TODO, acquisition-tracking, turn-in, classified-project, COMSEC, and technical-order support. The position works closely with the Work Control/CMMS Coordinator and remains cross-capable across the complete Logistics requirement.

This role supports a potential contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update equipment and turn-in Inventory Management or equivalent systems, CA/CRLs, MELs, TMDE, PMI, CTK, and accountable-property records covering more than 500 equipment items and assigned accounts.
  • Perform alternate custodian, equipment manager, TMDE manager, TODO manager, and related logistics functions; guide equipment custodians on supply and accountability requirements.
  • Conduct monthly and as-required logistics compliance reviews, self-inspections, inventories, tool-box spot checks, and documentation reviews; track and validate corrective actions.
  • Maintain calibration schedules, coordinate with PMEL monitors and accounts, determine calibration requirements, and support AFTO Form 45 and user-calibration actions.
  • Maintain technical orders, manuals, supplements, general-information files, annual inspections, and monthly reconciliations; complete required TODO training within the timeframe established after award.
  • Support DLA/DRMO turn-ins, WEBFLIS research, classified equipment, COMSEC, classified technical orders, SIPRNet, secure storage, and classified communications.
  • Monitor CTKs, special tools, support equipment, ESD compliance, tool-control discipline, missing/damaged item documentation, and user training.
  • Support system/equipment/technology acquisition, configuration and item management, market research, substitute products, purchases, deliveries, packing slips, Government approvals, and records.
  • Prepare accurate reports, checklists, inspection results, inventory documents, correspondence, database updates, and status briefings.
  • Assist other work centers with off-loading, equipment movement, facility repairs, test articles, and project manpower when required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical training equivalent to an associate degree; an associate degree is preferred by the anticipated PWS.
  • At least two years of supply/logistics-related experience is strongly preferred and will be used as the minimum recruiting screen unless the final solicitation changes the requirement.
  • Knowledge of logistics management, Integrated Logistics Support, equipment accountability, supply, inventories, calibration, tool control, and database records.
  • Proficiency with online databases, search/research methods, word processing, spreadsheets, digital reference materials, reports, memoranda, and automated records.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the Secret clearance, classified-system access, and installation credentials required by the final contract; active Secret clearance is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work accurately with controlled property, classified information, technical orders, forms, and audit evidence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Air Force or DoD experience involving CA/CRL, MEL, TMDE, PMI, PMEL, CTK, TODO, AFTO forms, DLA/DRMO, WEBFLIS, COMSEC, SIPRNet, AFMAN 23-110, AFI 21-113, TO 00-20-14, or TO 33K-1-100.
  • Experience managing Government property, supply accounts, classified equipment, or technical-order distribution in a laboratory, maintenance, or RDT&E environment.
  • Experience supporting purchase requests, competitive quotes, ODC records, delivery tracking, and Government acceptance.

Contract Requirements

  • Ability to work onsite at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, and satisfy installation access requirements.
  • Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate Government-owned vehicles when authorized.
  • Ability to comply with applicable Air Force, DoD, federal, state, local, safety, environmental, information-security, and facility requirements.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday within the anticipated 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time operating window, with maximum staffing during core hours, currently 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Availability for occasional flexible schedules, approved travel/temporary duty, emergency response, severe-weather preparation or recovery, and mission-essential crisis support.
  • Ability to use Government and company work-order, database, reporting, document-control, and communication systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other trades, logistics, laboratory, safety, fabrication, Government, and subcontractor personnel.

Work Environment

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and use of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials consistent with assigned work and approved lifting practices.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in heat, humidity, rain, wind, noise, dust, dirt, grease, uneven terrain, and active maintenance/test environments.
  • Ability to wear required PPE and respond to short-notice site conditions safely.
