Wellness Ranch, part of Quadrant Health Group, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our residential behavioral health and addiction treatment team in Franklin, Kentucky.

Behavioral health or detox experience is preferred but not required. We welcome LPNs with experience in other healthcare settings who are interested in working in addiction treatment and recovery.

• Competitive Pay: $28–$34/hour, based on experience

• Night Shift Pay: $30–$36/hour, including the additional $2/hour differential

• $500 Sign-On Bonus: Paid after six months of employment, contingent upon satisfactory job performance

• Full-Time and PRN opportunities

• Day, Swing, and Night Shifts Available

• Set 12-hour shifts

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees (eligibility begins 60 days following the first of the month after the start date)

• Conduct nursing assessments for new admissions and monitor clients throughout treatment.

• Monitor withdrawal symptoms and changes in clients' medical conditions.

• Administer medications safely and maintain accurate medical records.

• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies.

• Educate clients on medications, treatment, and recovery.

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and other members of the treatment team to support client care.

• Active Kentucky LPN license or valid multistate (compact) LPN license

• Current CPR/First Aid or BLS certification

• Experience in behavioral health, detox, or substance use disorder treatment preferred, but not required

• Experience in other healthcare settings will be considered

• Knowledge of safe medication administration practices

• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug screening.
