Learning Management System Administrator- French Speaking

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Learning Management System Administrator – French Speaking in Canada.

This role plays a key part in managing and optimizing global digital learning platforms that support international education and capacity-building programs.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a modern Learning Management System ecosystem, including course delivery, content management, and certification workflows.
The position involves working across multiple platforms such as Docebo and Accredible, supporting the full lifecycle of online learning experiences from setup to reporting.
You will collaborate closely with instructional designers, data teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality, accessible, and reliable learning delivery.
The role requires strong technical fluency, attention to detail, and the ability to support a diverse global learner base.
It is a mission-driven position within an international, collaborative environment focused on digital learning innovation and accessibility.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of learning content within the LMS, including setup, configuration, publishing, maintenance, and retirement of courses.
  • Administer and support LMS platforms such as Docebo and Accredible, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate resolution with IT teams and external providers.
  • Oversee course content management, including SCORM uploads, updates, version control, and learning asset organization.
  • Support instructional designers in aligning content with technical LMS requirements and delivery standards.
  • Manage certifications, digital badges, and learner validation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide technical support for learners, tutors, and internal stakeholders during course delivery.
  • Generate LMS reports, manage data configurations, and support learning analytics and evaluation processes.
  • Contribute to accessibility improvements, usability enhancements, and continuous platform optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in LMS administration or learning technology support roles.
  • Strong experience managing LMS platforms, including user access, enrollments, reporting, and course lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Docebo or similar enterprise LMS platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing digital learning content, SCORM files, certifications, and assessment tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across LMS systems, integrations, and content delivery environments.
  • Ability to generate and interpret LMS reports and learning analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong collaboration skills in multicultural, cross-functional environments.
  • Fluency in English and French is strongly preferred (additional languages such as Spanish or Arabic are an asset).
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
