  • Strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and blended learning development.
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise-level learning projects across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
  • Excellent consulting and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong project coordination, organizational, and time management abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and business acumen.
  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise learning programs, curriculum design, or organizational change initiatives is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning design standards is highly valued.
  • Relevant certifications or post-graduate education in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Adult Education, or eLearning development are preferred.
