GTM Enablement Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a GTM Enablement Manager in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, revenue enablement, and go-to-market execution, ensuring that new solutions are successfully launched, adopted, and scaled across commercial teams. You will play a key role in translating product innovation into clear messaging, structured enablement programs, and actionable sales readiness initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, you will help define how new offerings are positioned and brought to market. The role is highly cross-functional and data-driven, focusing on improving launch effectiveness and commercial performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistent execution of launch frameworks and enablement standards across teams. This is a high-visibility position where your work directly influences revenue impact, adoption rates, and customer success outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end GTM enablement strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Develop and deliver structured enablement programs including training, playbooks, messaging frameworks, competitive intelligence, and sales tools.
  • Ensure commercial teams are fully equipped with positioning, value propositions, pricing guidance, and objection-handling resources for successful product adoption.
  • Act as a central liaison across Revenue Operations and GTM functions to align timelines, KPIs, and launch success metrics.
  • Design and implement a standardized and scalable product launch framework to ensure consistency and repeatability across all releases.
  • Track adoption, engagement, and revenue impact of enablement initiatives, using insights to continuously optimize GTM strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of launches, migrations, and product updates across segments.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership, including C-suite stakeholders, to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 5–8+ years of experience in GTM enablement, sales enablement, product marketing, revenue operations, or similar cross-functional roles.
  • Strong experience designing and executing enablement programs that support product launches and commercial readiness.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate product value into clear business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring adoption, performance, and revenue impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Ability to influence and lead without formal authority across distributed, virtual teams.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, or automation tools is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and high visibility.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary in the range of CAD 121,000–135,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
  • Flexible, remote-first work environment with collaboration across Canada and the U.S.
  • Strong focus on learning, development, and career growth in revenue enablement and GTM strategy.
  • Opportunity to influence high-impact product launches and enterprise-wide go-to-market success.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional culture with strong visibility to senior leadership.
  • Access to modern enablement tools, frameworks, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits package.
