Sales Coordinator (real estate)
As a project Sales Coordinator in Kelowna, you’ll be part of rennie’s project sales team, supporting the day-to-day experience of purchasers, Realtors, and visitors at one of our presentation centres. This is a frontline customer service role for someone who is licensed, service-minded, and eager to learn the rhythm of new home sales from the inside.
You’ll help create a polished, welcoming, and well-run presentation centre experience while supporting the sales team with purchaser care, contract administration, reporting, and daily operations. For newly licensed Realtors, or licensed agents looking for more stability, structure, and mentorship, this role offers a strong foundation in real estate, exposure to project sales, and the chance to grow within a respected BC-based brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Deliver a polished, welcoming, and responsive experience for visitors, registrants, purchasers, and Realtors at a Kelowna-area presentation centre.
Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries, sharing accurate project information and connecting clients with the right team member when needed.
Support the daily readiness and operation of the presentation centre, including opening, closing, appointment flow, displays, materials, technology, and overall presentation.
Help maintain a high-quality, brand-aligned customer environment across the presentation centre and display homes.
Support purchaser communications by phone, email, and in person, ensuring follow-up is timely, clear, and professional.
Assist with offer and contract administration, including checking documentation for accuracy, completeness, and required compliance details.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, Avesdo, conveyancing reports, registrant lists, and other project sales systems.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to support launches, events, campaigns, reporting, and overall project success.
WHAT YOU BRING
A valid British Columbia Real Estate representative licence in good standing
No ongoing or prior disciplinary action as a real estate agent or managing broker in any Canadian province
Previous customer service experience
Strong computer and technical skills, with a proven ability to learn new systems quickly and use digital tools with accuracy and confidence
HOW YOU WORK
You are licensed in real estate and motivated to build strong practical knowledge of project sales, purchaser care, contracts, and presentation centre operations.
You bring a high standard of customer service, with the confidence to engage visitors, purchasers, and Realtors in a warm, polished, and professional way.
You are organized, detail-focused, and able to keep information, documents, follow-up, and daily priorities moving accurately.
You communicate clearly and professionally across email, phone, and in-person interactions, knowing when to respond directly and when to escalate.
You are proactive and hands-on, noticing what needs to be done and taking ownership of the details that create a strong customer and team experience.
You work well in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment where priorities can shift and responsiveness matters.
You are comfortable using sales systems and digital tools, including CRM, contract, reporting, and communication platforms.
You care about quality, consistency, and representing the rennie brand with professionalism, energy, and pride.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This role is primarily site-based, with project sites anticipated throughout the Regional District of North Okanagan - primarily the City of Kelowna and City of West Kelowna.
The first assignment is expected to be at 3699 Capozzi Rd, Kelowna - a short drive from downtown/ Highway #97.Flexibility in working hours is required, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays
Occasional travel is required
SALARY INFORMATION
The typical wage for this specific position is $25/hour.
The wage offered is based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors including education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and organizational needs.
