RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determine customer wants/needs and budget in order to discuss vehicle options
• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
• Follow up with prospective customers by returning emails/voicemails
• Maintain ongoing relationships with potential and existing customers
• Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction, generate leads
• Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCESSFUL

• Valid Class 5 or N Driver's license
• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience is an asset
• Professional appearance, verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
