This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing a national, integrated marketing strategy across Canada’s sleep health market. The role sits at the intersection of commercial growth, healthcare innovation, and patient engagement, with a mandate to accelerate adoption of therapy solutions and strengthen long-term adherence outcomes. You will lead both provider and consumer marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and digital teams. The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with accountability for measurable business outcomes. Operating in a complex, multi-regional healthcare environment, you will adapt strategies across provinces while driving consistency in brand and performance. This is a highly collaborative role with significant visibility across the broader Americas organization.
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end integrated marketing strategy and execution across Canada, ensuring alignment with commercial growth objectives and patient outcomes. You will act as a key strategic partner to cross-functional and commercial leadership teams while driving measurable impact across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and lead a fully integrated provider and consumer marketing strategy aligned with national commercial priorities
- Design and execute province-specific marketing plans reflecting regional healthcare systems, reimbursement structures, and referral pathways
- Create campaign strategies, briefs, and performance frameworks to guide internal and external partners
- Drive omnichannel marketing programs focused on awareness, adoption, engagement, adherence, and long-term patient retention
- Lead marketing initiatives supporting digital patient platforms, resupply programs, and lifecycle engagement journeys
- Optimize marketing investment decisions to maximize ROI, revenue growth, and customer acquisition
- Partner with Sales, Product, Digital, and Communications teams to execute product launches and growth campaigns
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data, insights, and market intelligence
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, provider networks, and industry stakeholders
- Support national representation at conferences, industry events, and customer engagement programs
This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with strong commercial acumen, deep cross-functional experience, and a solid understanding of healthcare or regulated industries. You will bring both strategic vision and operational execution capability, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing or commercial experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and provincial reimbursement environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize investments, and drive commercial performance
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical capability, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across diverse teams and partners
- Experience with marketing and analytics platforms such as Funnel.io, Veeva Crossix, Asana, and Adobe tools
- Based in Canada with willingness to travel domestically as needed
- Preferred: experience in consumer health, wellness brands, eCommerce, patient engagement, or lifecycle marketing
- Preferred: familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and data-led performance optimization
- Preferred: experience in global or multinational organizational environments
- Competitive base salary range of approximately CAD $124,000–$155,000, depending on experience and location
