- Provide escalation support for complex production issues, cross-platform defects, and operational challenges while ensuring stability and continuity of digital services.

- Proven experience leading global or multi-language digital rollouts, ensuring consistency across localized and centralized content and platform governance.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate complex architecture into clear business value.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD practices, enterprise-scale delivery models, and working within structured frameworks such as SAFe is an asset.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $166,000 to $216,000 CAD, with potential bonus and incentive compensation based on performance.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and life insurance.
- Retirement savings support and long-term financial security programs.
- Paid time off, statutory holidays, and flexible leave options.
- Tuition assistance and continuous learning support for professional development.
