Paid Social Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Social Marketing Manager based in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, growth strategy, and data-driven experimentation within a high-impact global marketing environment. You will be responsible for designing and scaling paid social programs that directly influence pipeline growth, revenue generation, and user acquisition across multiple segments. The position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with ownership of campaign performance from ideation through optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including analytics, product marketing, creative, and sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader business objectives. The environment is fast-paced, highly analytical, and focused on continuous experimentation and improvement. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid social and digital campaigns to drive pipeline growth, revenue, and user acquisition.
  • Design and manage testing frameworks, media plans, and experimentation roadmaps to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics such as leads, MQLs, SQLs, sign-ups, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact, ensuring alignment with performance targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, marketing operations, creative, product marketing, and regional marketing to deliver integrated paid media programs.
  • Oversee audience strategy and targeting approaches to ensure campaigns reach the right user segments across different stages of the funnel.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and reallocate budget based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Identify performance gaps and develop structured improvement plans to enhance overall paid media effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency on performance and strategic direction.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of professional experience in marketing, with at least 5+ years focused on paid digital channels such as paid social, display, and direct response.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to enterprise or SaaS demand generation environments.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing principles including targeting, ad formats, attribution, incrementality, and privacy considerations.
  • Proven experience building and executing experimentation and optimization roadmaps for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first, user-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive both strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across marketing, sales, and analytics teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or Marketo is a plus.
  • Experience in ABM, sales-led growth environments, or demand generation for sales teams is considered an advantage.
  • A strong bias toward experimentation, continuous improvement, and performance accountability.
