Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on process improvement and effective inventory control.

Duties

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions through root cause analysis.
• Operate forklifts safely to move products within the warehouse as needed.
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records.
• Support e-commerce operations by ensuring timely order fulfillment and accurate order processing.
• Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement within inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management is preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes is beneficial.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
