ABiLITY is hiring a Transportation Driver to support individuals with developmental disabilities through safe transportation, community activities, and life-enrichment programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, prefers a predictable weekday schedule, and likes a mix of driving and hands-on support.

Schedule
Split shift schedule
- Morning Route: Starts as early as 6:45 AM and ends around 9:30 AMAfternoon Route: Starts around 1:45 PM and ends by 5:00 PMAverage 20–30 hours per weekAdditional opportunities for evening recreation events and Special Olympics coaching may be available.

What You’ll Do
- Safely transport individuals to and from programs and community activities using agency vehiclesSupport individuals during community outings, recreation, and social activitiesAssist with Special Olympics practices and events as neededComplete simple daily documentation and transportation logs
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-orientedAge 25+High school diploma or GEDValid driver’s license and reliable personal transportationState minimum auto insurance coverageClass E (Chauffeur’s) License or willingness to obtain—we help you get it!Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical (agency paid)Willingness to complete paid CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Medication Aide training
