Job Description

Buyer opportunities only become closings when an agent responds quickly, discovers the real need, and guides the client through a changing market. United DFW Properties helps disciplined buyer agents build that process with lead opportunities, accessible brokers, practical technology, and a commission model that rewards successful conversion.

Why Join United DFW Properties?

  • Multiple Lead Channels: Eligible agents can pursue opportunities from Zillow Preferred Pro, Facebook ads, warm inbound inquiries, and brokerage referrals alongside their personal sphere.

  • Keep 100% Commission: Earn 100% of commission after transparent flat fees, without a percentage split reducing the value of converted business.

  • Four Brokers on Staff: Get help with offers, negotiations, inspection concerns, financing complications, and compliance when clients need answers.

  • Conversion-Friendly Systems: Organize follow-up in the integrated CRM, coordinate documents in the transaction platform, and sharpen skills through mentorship and free CE.

What We're Looking For:

  • Responsive Professional: A licensed or license-ready agent who follows up quickly and consistently.

  • Patient Advisor: Someone who can educate buyers, manage expectations, and maintain trust through a long decision cycle.

  • Process Oriented:An organized person willing to track every contact, next step, and transaction milestone.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage Prospects: Respond to inquiries, qualify needs, schedule consultations, and maintain thoughtful follow-up.

  • Guide Home Searches: Research properties, coordinate showings, explain market conditions, and help buyers compare options.

  • Prepare and Negotiate Offers: Work with broker support when needed to structure competitive, compliant offers and manage counteroffers.

  • Manage Transactions: Coordinate inspections, financing milestones, documents, and closing details through the transaction management platform.

If you bring the responsiveness and discipline, United DFW Properties provides a platform designed to help you turn more conversations into well-served clients. Build your buyer business with support and transparent economics. Apply today.
