  • Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap and portfolio strategy for AI-powered operational solutions.
  • Own the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and concept development to launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
  • Prioritize product investments by identifying where AI creates meaningful competitive advantages and measurable customer value.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, executive discussions, product demonstrations, and strategic conversations with retailers, distributors, and brands.
  • Translate customer challenges and operational needs into scalable AI product solutions.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to develop AI products that deliver accuracy, reliability, transparency, and customer trust.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives including product positioning, pricing strategy, sales enablement, and commercial execution.
  • Personally support early sales motions by engaging with customers, developing relationships, and building repeatable growth strategies.
  • Create cross-sell and expansion strategies that connect multiple solutions into a unified product ecosystem.
  • Mentor product managers and help establish strong product management practices as the AI portfolio expands.
  • Act as a strategic connector between product, engineering, revenue, operations, and executive leadership teams.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, business impact, and strategic priorities clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior product leader with experience building AI or data-driven B2B products and the ability to operate effectively in high-growth, ambiguous environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 9–12+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience building and launching B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven experience developing AI, data, or technology-driven products from strategy through customer adoption.
  • Direct experience working in a startup environment, preferably seed or Series A stage, with high ownership and limited resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle, including strategy, execution, customer engagement, and commercial enablement.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust and influence CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting sales cycles, customer negotiations, and complex business discussions.
  • Excellent product judgment with a strong bias toward delivering impactful solutions quickly.
  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across product, engineering, sales, and operations.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and technology delivery.
  • Ability to work from the office at least once per quarter.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Preferred experience in grocery, retail, brick-and-mortar technology, CPG, supply chain, trade promotion, deductions, or retail finance.
  • Technical background or strong ability to understand AI systems, data platforms, and software architecture is highly valued.
  • MBA or equivalent business and technical leadership experience is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to lead the development of innovative AI products with significant market impact.
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and qualifications.
  • High-growth environment with ownership and influence over product strategy.
  • Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and enterprise customers.
  • Collaborative culture focused on experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Ability to shape product direction and build scalable solutions from early stages.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a technology-focused organization.
  • Flexible remote work environment with quarterly office collaboration requirements.
