As a Project Manager - Modern Platforms, you will lead the successful delivery of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT modernization projects for enterprise customers across a variety of industries. Working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless communication between technical experts and business stakeholders. • Manage the end-to-end delivery of cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate project activities across customers, internal delivery teams, partners, sales, and technical stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, documentation, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies while providing regular status updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, and working sessions to promote collaboration, transparency, and timely decision-making.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Support enterprise cloud initiatives including automation, cloud migrations, infrastructure deployments, assessments, workshops, and DevOps engagements.
• Track project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to delivering a customer-focused experience across every engagement.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, or a related technical delivery role.
• Experience managing cloud or infrastructure projects involving AWS, Azure, DevOps, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent are considered an asset.
