Our incredible staff are the crown jewels of New City and we're looking for an aspiring leader to join our team part-time year-round as a Shift Lead at our Sudbury or Hudson location.*Note: You must have availability to work 11am-4pm or 6pm, AND/OR evening availability 4pm or 6pm-Close, including weekdays and weekends, and be able to work 2-5 shifts per week.Your playground:Supervising Front of House operationsMentoring and training scoopersOpening and/or closing the shopHandling transactions and depositsCreating waffle cone masterpiecesMaintaining the shop's allureEngaging guests and making them feel cherishedProtecting company assetsAdding value to the guest experienceRequirements:Hands-on experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMentoring and training prowessCommunication wizardry for conflict resolution and team directionStrong attention to detail. We use Restaurant365, Toast, and Paycom to streamline processes.Your schedule:2-5 Shifts per week, 12-32 hours/week.Daytime or Evening shifts availableWeekdays, and some weekends and holidaysAs for the perks:Pay rate: $16/hour to start, plus tips (Tip game strong, adding $6-$10/hour extra to your pocket - varies by location)Love dessert, great company, and unforgettable experiences?
