Accountabilities:

Lead and execute the end-to-end field marketing and event strategy, ensuring alignment with pipeline, brand awareness, and customer retention objectives.

  • Build and manage a comprehensive calendar of third-party events, hosted experiences, executive dinners, webinars, and partner activations.
  • Oversee full event execution including logistics, vendors, booth experience, messaging, staffing, and attendee engagement before, during, and after events.
  • Collaborate closely with demand generation, content, sales, customer success, and alliances to ensure integrated campaign execution and strong follow-up motions.
  • Manage virtual events and webinars, including planning, production support, speaker coordination, and live event facilitation.
  • Own event reporting and performance tracking, including Salesforce campaign management, attribution, and pipeline impact analysis.
  • Manage the field marketing budget, track spend, and recommend optimizations based on ROI and performance insights.

Requirements:
Strong experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing with a proven ability to deliver successful in-person and virtual event programs in a SaaS or tech environment.

  • 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end event execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as demand generation, content, sales, and customer success.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing budgets and evaluating event ROI and performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, including campaigns, lists, and reporting functions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–25 percent for events.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote, global work environment with flexible working arrangements
  • Stock options for all employees
  • Flexible work week and supportive team culture
  • Office stipend to support home workspace setup
  • Maternity and paternity leave policies
  • Student loan debt assistance program
  • Health insurance contribution (for eligible employees in the United States)
  • Children’s education support (529 college fund assistance for eligible US employees)
  • Paid time off dedicated to volunteering and nonprofit support
