This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven professional passionate about travel, relationship management, and business growth. In this role, you will lead strategic revenue generation initiatives across Eastern Canada, working closely with travel agencies and key industry partners to drive market expansion and brand visibility. You’ll play a critical role in developing territory strategies, executing localized promotional campaigns, and strengthening long-term client relationships. The position combines consultative sales, strategic planning, and market analysis within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail travel agencies, travel advisors, and key decision-makers across the assigned territory.
- Drive quarterly and annual revenue growth objectives through strategic account management, business development initiatives, and targeted sales execution.
- Create and implement territory plans, localized marketing programs, and promotional campaigns designed to increase bookings and strengthen market presence.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and training sessions to both small and large audiences, promoting destinations, products, and travel experiences.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities, trends, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional sales teams to align territory initiatives with broader business objectives and account strategies.
- Manage administrative reporting, sales documentation, budget tracking, and CRM updates while ensuring effective use of tools and resources.
- Support the growth of group business opportunities and foster engagement among brand ambassadors and travel partners.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven outside sales experience, ideally within the travel, tourism, cruise, or hospitality industry.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Strategic mindset with strong territory planning, analytical, and business acumen capabilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and technology-driven reporting systems.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory with a valid driver’s license, passport, and reliable personal vehicle.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in sales or travel-related industries.
- French language proficiency is considered a strong asset.
