Job Description
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Provide leadership to the HVAC program, fostering an environment of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and industry regulations.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate HVAC faculty members.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty to enhance their teaching skills and industry knowledge.
- Provide academic advising to HVAC students.
- Monitor student progress and attendance and implement support strategies to ensure student retention and success.

Requirements:? Minimum of a high school diploma, associate’s degree preferred.
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry required, with at least 2 years in teaching.
? EPA 608 certification preferred but not required.
? Certificate/Diploma in HVAC preferred but not required.
