Job Description

Field Marketing Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist based in the United States.

This is a hands-on field marketing role supporting regional programs, events, and go-to-market initiatives within a fully distributed technology organization.
You’ll work closely with field marketing managers, sales development representatives, sales teams, and external partners to bring established programs to life.
The role combines event logistics, project coordination, marketing operations, and on-site execution.
You’ll be responsible for keeping timelines, data, communications, registration workflows, and vendor deliverables accurate and on track.
Success will require strong ownership, attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and the confidence to ask questions and identify gaps early.
You’ll operate with meaningful autonomy in a remote-first environment while receiving coaching and opportunities to expand your marketing expertise.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer who enjoys fast-moving environments and wants to grow within B2B technology and field marketing.

Accountabilities
  • Execute event logistics and marketing program operations based on plans established by field marketing leadership.
  • Build and maintain event landing pages, registration workflows, attendee communications, and supporting marketing materials.
  • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across field marketing, SDRs, sales teams, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate event data, project documentation, status updates, and related records.
  • Coordinate with promotional product and swag vendors to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Provide dependable on-site support for regional marketing programs, trade shows, and other events.
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively identify missing information, potential blockers, or execution gaps.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep programs moving forward.
  • Apply feedback quickly and develop increasing independence in managing event logistics and program responsibilities.
  • Support the broader field marketing team in delivering consistent, well-organized experiences across regional programs.
  • Contribute ideas and observations that can improve processes, event execution, and marketing operations over time.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field within B2B technology, or relevant transferable experience in go-to-market, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Previous experience supporting events on site and coordinating the details required for successful execution.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and the ability to maintain accurate customer, event, and campaign data.
  • Experience with event registration platforms such as Splash, Bizzabo, or comparable tools.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accurate information and high-quality execution.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a remote working environment.
  • Strong follow-through and the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities without requiring constant supervision.
  • Comfortable asking clarifying questions, identifying potential issues early, and escalating challenges when necessary.
  • Open to coaching and able to incorporate feedback quickly into day-to-day work.
  • Adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working in a distributed, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with regional marketing programs, trade shows, promotional vendors, or the DevOps/developer technology ecosystem is a plus.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $72,250–$85,000 USD, depending on experience and level.
  • Generous equity participation through an employee-friendly stock program.
  • Transparent compensation levels based on experience.
  • Unlimited paid time off to support flexibility and time to recharge.
  • Fully distributed, remote-first work environment.
  • Home office, coworking, and internet stipend.
  • Comprehensive benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents.
  • Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood.
  • Annual professional development allowance.
  • Opportunities to grow marketing expertise through hands-on event and field program ownership.
  • Collaborative and inclusive culture with strong emphasis on autonomy, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Regional and industry event exposure, including opportunities for on-site execution and relationship building.
  • Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship and visa transfers are not currently supported.
