Accountabilities:

As the Director of AI Automation, you will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of AI-driven automation initiatives.   • Establish best practices for AI implementation, governance, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Develop repeatable automation solutions that can be applied across multiple projects and business environments.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to define priorities, measure impact, and continuously improve automation strategies.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and implementation methodologies to expand automation capabilities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled and operationally minded AI leader with experience implementing automation systems and managing teams responsible for delivering technology solutions. You should be comfortable translating complex AI capabilities into practical business outcomes while operating in a fast-changing environment.

  • 10+ years of experience in technology, AI implementation, automation engineering, operational systems development, or related fields.
  • Proven experience implementing AI automation solutions within operational or business environments.
  • Experience managing technical teams, development pods, or cross-functional groups responsible for building AI-enabled systems.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI tools, APIs, agent-based systems, and workflow automation platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions that improve business performance.
  • Strong project management, operational leadership, and execution skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong systems-thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify automation opportunities and design scalable solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
