- Provide senior-level product leadership for the embedded payments portfolio, helping establish strategic priorities and long-term product direction.
- Shape product strategies that respond to evolving customer needs, market opportunities, payment trends, and broader business objectives.
- Guide the development and evolution of embedded payment capabilities designed to integrate seamlessly into business workflows and customer experiences.
- Partner with technology, engineering, commercial, operations, risk, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align product priorities and support successful execution.
- Evaluate market developments and emerging payment technologies to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and sustainable growth.
- Balance customer value, commercial objectives, operational considerations, scalability, and other business requirements when setting product priorities.
- Establish clear product objectives and success measures, using insights and performance data to inform prioritization and investment decisions.
- Communicate product strategy, opportunities, progress, and key decisions effectively to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster a customer-focused and innovation-oriented product culture, ensuring solutions address meaningful business challenges.
- Help drive the continued growth and evolution of embedded payment offerings within a global commerce and payments ecosystem.
- Significant senior-level experience in product management, product strategy, payments, financial technology, banking, commerce, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of payment products and the evolving embedded payments landscape.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing product strategies in complex, technology-driven environments.
- Ability to translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product priorities and actionable strategies.
- Strong commercial and strategic judgment, with the ability to assess opportunities and make informed investment and prioritization decisions.
- Experience collaborating effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams spanning product, technology, operations, commercial, risk, and related functions.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to build alignment around complex product decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in a global organization and navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and rapidly changing market conditions.
- A track record of leading innovation and delivering customer-focused products in a competitive technology or payments environment.
- Competitive base salary range of $210,000–$260,300 USD annually.
