This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured execution, proactive communication, and technical project environments.
You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end project execution, maintaining clarity across tasks, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities. This includes tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring project documentation remains accurate and up to date. You will actively follow up with client stakeholders on outstanding items, escalate risks when needed, and ensure accountability across all parties. You will also facilitate weekly status meetings, prepare updates and action summaries, and ensure clear communication between internal teams and clients. Additionally, you will maintain project tracking tools and systems, ensuring visibility across Trello, Freshdesk, and internal knowledge bases, while continuously monitoring project health and progress.
Requirements:You bring prior experience in technical project management, ideally within software or enterprise delivery environments. Familiarity with FileMaker development is a strong asset, particularly in client-facing implementation contexts. You have experience working with structured, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably including enterprise, government, or utilities clients. You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to follow-ups and risk management. You are confident in written and verbal communication, capable of coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable working independently in a part-time, remote environment and are familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. Experience with tools such as Trello, Freshdesk, and knowledge management systems is expected.
Benefits:- Flexible part-time remote contract with autonomy over working hours (aligned with Pacific Time)
- Exposure to enterprise-level FileMaker development projects
- Opportunity to work closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Collaborative and structured delivery environment
- Ongoing contract with potential for continuity depending on performance and project needs
