This role is a senior enterprise sales position focused on driving strategic growth across Financial Services organizations, including banking, insurance, wealth management, and capital markets. You will be responsible for owning high-value enterprise accounts, building long-term executive relationships, and positioning a broad portfolio of data resilience, cyber recovery, and cloud security solutions. The environment is highly consultative and relationship-driven, requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes. You will work closely with senior IT, security, risk, and procurement leaders to align solutions with critical regulatory and operational priorities. This position offers significant scope to influence enterprise strategy, expand key accounts, and shape long-term customer value. It is well-suited for a high-performing sales leader who thrives in complex, regulated environments and enjoys building trusted executive partnerships.
You will own enterprise Financial Services accounts end-to-end, driving new business, expansion, and long-term strategic growth across a complex regulated industry.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across enterprise Financial Services clients, focusing on retention, expansion, and new revenue growth
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, infrastructure, risk, compliance, and procurement leaders
- Drive full-cycle enterprise sales, including discovery, solution design, business case development, negotiation, and close
- Identify and qualify pipeline opportunities across data resilience, cyber recovery, cloud workloads, SaaS protection, and AI/data governance solutions
- Partner with channel ecosystems, GSIs, and cloud providers to execute co-sell and joint account strategies
- Navigate complex procurement, legal, and regulatory environments common in Financial Services organizations
- Maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM accuracy using Salesforce
- Expand existing customer footprint by aligning solutions to evolving needs around compliance, ransomware recovery, and operational resilience
- Act as a strategic advisor, bringing market insights and customer feedback into broader go-to-market planning
You bring deep enterprise sales expertise with strong Financial Services industry knowledge and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure software
- Proven success in quota-carrying senior sales roles with consistent overachievement of targets
- Strong experience selling into Financial Services organizations such as banks, insurers, wealth management, or capital markets
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise buying processes including procurement, legal review, and multi-year agreements
- Demonstrated success building and executing strategic account plans for large enterprise customers
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-level and senior technical stakeholders
- Experience working with channel partners, alliances, and ecosystem sales motions
- Strong understanding of data protection, cyber resilience, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise security concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage
- Experience in regulated industries or Canadian Financial Services markets is a strong asset
- Competitive total compensation with base salary and performance-based variable pay (OTE up to CAD $253,900)
