- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing of new client engagements.
- Convert inbound leads and referral opportunities into long-term client relationships through consultative and trust-based selling approaches.
- Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies using LinkedIn and other compliant business development channels to generate qualified opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations with business owners and operators to understand their financial challenges, growth objectives, and service needs.
- Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with internal leadership and service delivery teams to align solutions with client goals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, sales forecasting, activity tracking, and opportunity progression within HubSpot CRM.
- Attend networking events, professional gatherings, and business development activities to strengthen referral partnerships and expand market visibility.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to analyze sales performance, refine messaging, improve qualification processes, and optimize conversion rates.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and handoff processes for newly signed clients to support a high-quality client experience.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales within professional services such as accounting, consulting, financial services, legal services, or related industries.
- Experience selling directly to business owners, executives, or senior decision-makers in a consultative sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed revenue and pipeline targets.
- Strong skills across the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Experience using CRM platforms as a core sales management tool; HubSpot experience is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and self-management capabilities in a hybrid or remote working environment.
- Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, financial leadership, or CFO-related concepts is highly beneficial.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting strategies is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of CASL compliance and best practices for digital outreach within Canada is preferred.

- Competitive base salary of CAD $100,000 with uncapped commission structure and on-target earnings exceeding CAD $150,000.
