  • Coordinate schedules, documentation, communications, and administrative workflows across field personnel and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, files, and other project-related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between field teams, project management, and relevant internal departments to facilitate timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Track administrative tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure commitments are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support project meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, documentation of decisions, and follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with onboarding, coordination, and administrative support for field employees and other project personnel.
  • Identify administrative process gaps and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Handle sensitive project and employee information professionally and maintain appropriate confidentiality.
  • Support additional operational and administrative projects as assigned by field or project leadership.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in field administration, construction administration, project coordination, operations, or a related environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees, managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional and field-based teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative when addressing administrative or operational challenges.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable business productivity tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change and urgent requests require timely follow-through.
  • Commitment to professionalism, accountability, teamwork, safety, and an inclusive workplace culture.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to support impactful field operations within an established engineering and construction environment.
  • Collaborative workplace focused on teamwork, operational excellence, and professional development.
  • Opportunity to work closely with field and project leadership and gain broad exposure to project operations.
  • Equal employment opportunity and an inclusive workplace committed to diversity.
  • Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities during the application process.
  • E-Verify participation and compliance with applicable employment requirements.
