Job Description

Senior Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Recruiter based in United States.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles in a fast-growing environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership, shaping sourcing strategies and delivering high-quality talent pipelines. The role combines hands-on recruiting with workforce planning, market analysis, process improvement, and candidate experience. You’ll use data and creative sourcing techniques to identify exceptional candidates, including hard-to-reach passive talent. Success will require strong judgment, organization, and the ability to balance hiring urgency with a consistently high bar for quality. You’ll also help strengthen recruiting processes, data practices, and stakeholder capabilities as the organization continues to grow.

Accountabilities
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for multiple requisitions, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, establish hiring strategies, and deliver qualified candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with leadership to anticipate future talent requirements, assess labor-market trends and internal talent gaps, and develop proactive sourcing plans by function and level.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of high-potential and passive candidates through research, networking, Boolean searches, social platforms, specialized job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial sourcing through onboarding, ensuring consistent, professional, and engaging interactions throughout the hiring journey.
  • Partner with hiring managers on kickoff meetings, interview debriefs, service-level expectations, and objective hiring practices while providing guidance on effective recruiting processes.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant ATS records, including candidate notes, statuses, disqualification reasons, tags, and other recruiting data; conduct periodic audits and promote strong data-hygiene practices.
  • Analyze recruiting funnel performance, labor-market information, and hiring trends to identify opportunities for improving sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, and overall recruiting efficiency.
  • Support internal mobility and succession-oriented talent pipelines in partnership with HR leadership.
  • Coordinate recruiting events and external partnerships, including career fairs, virtual hiring events, university programs, hackathons, boot camps, and community initiatives.
  • Develop and adapt outreach strategies to increase candidate engagement, strengthen pipeline performance, and reach specialized talent communities.
  • Support hiring across technical, corporate, and high-volume positions while managing shifting priorities and seasonal or changing workforce demands.
  • Ensure recruiting activities and candidate information are handled with discretion and comply with applicable employment, privacy, and equal-opportunity requirements.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive full-cycle talent acquisition or recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth or fast-paced organization.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across technical, corporate, and high-volume positions and partnering with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong strategic sourcing capabilities, including Boolean search, passive candidate engagement, social recruiting, specialized job boards, networking, and referral programs.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or iCIMS, including workflow management, reporting, data quality, and compliance.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting funnel data and labor-market insights and translate findings into practical sourcing and process improvements.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and build trusted relationships with hiring managers, leadership, candidates, and external partners.
  • Highly organized, thorough, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions and deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership, with the adaptability to respond effectively to changing business priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Service-oriented and consultative approach, combined with sound judgment and a strong commitment to candidate experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Benefits
  • Full-time opportunity with a remote work arrangement within the United States, with East Coast candidates preferred.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Robust, low-cost benefits with coverage beginning on the first day of employment.
  • Paid Time Off and Volunteer Time Off.
  • Dependent Care benefits.
  • 401(k) matching.
  • Employee referral bonuses.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and personal development within a dynamic organization.
  • Travel of up to 20% may be required.
