Overview: The Detail, Engraving, and Assembly Tech II is responsible for the detailed engraving, assembly, and finishing of products. This role also supports continuous improvement efforts through 2 Second Lean practices.

Key Responsibilities: (include but not limited to): Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:

  • Perform detailed engraving, assembly, and finishing tasks on a variety of products.
  • Ensure that all work meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Implement 2 Second Lean improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Other duties may be assigned by leadership.
Requirements:

Qualifications: Minimum Preferred Qualifications, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:

  • 2+ years of experience in engraving, assembly, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.

REQUIRED WORK CLOTHING AND PPE: Attire should not interfere with job performance or safety.

  • Safety glasses are provided by Athena
  • Closed toe safety shoes are required
