Job Description
📍 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are a 30+ year established dealership specializing in golf carts, UTVs, and industrial equipment.
This is NOT an entry-level position.
We are looking for a hands-on mechanic who can independently diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues. If your experience is limited to basic maintenance or part replacement, this is not the role.
$20+/hour depending on experience (top performers earn more)

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues independently
- Perform repairs on gas and electric golf carts and UTVs
- Conduct preventative maintenance services
- Troubleshoot wiring systems, batteries, solenoids, controllers, and components
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- 2+ years of hands-on mechanical experience
- Ability to diagnose issues—not just replace parts
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
- Must own your own tools
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Golf carts, UTVs, or small engine equipment
- Electrical diagnostics and repair
- Use of diagnostic tools and schematics
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be comfortable driving customer units (golf carts, UTVs, etc.) as part of daily responsibilities
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and maintain a drug-free workplace
- Must be able to work independently and manage workload effectively

This Role Is NOT For- Entry-level applicants
- Candidates without diagnostic experience
- Applicants without their own tools
- Continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and working on equipment daily
- Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled shop environment and will include working in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions throughout the year.

Qualified candidates will complete:
- Phone screening
- In-person interview
- Paid hands-on diagnostic evaluation to demonstrate real-world troubleshooting ability
