- Identify, structure, and break down complex business problems into analytical frameworks
- Develop and validate hypotheses using data analysis to support decision-making
- Build and monitor experiments, ensuring accurate measurement of outcomes and impact
- Support the design of policies and strategies to improve portfolio performance and profitability
- Analyze and project portfolio risk, contributing to financial sustainability and scalable growth
- Produce insights, reports, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Challenge assumptions, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and sound reasoning
- Collaborate with multiple teams, translating analytical findings into actionable business decisions
- Strong ability to structure and solve complex and ambiguous problems
- High analytical thinking and comfort working with data-driven environments
- Solid understanding of business dynamics and decision-making processes
- Curiosity and continuous learning mindset, with openness to new tools and methods
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex insights clearly to different audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with data manipulation tools (not mandatory, but essential for effectiveness)
