This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, product intelligence, and artificial intelligence governance, focusing on how AI tools are used across a large-scale corporate environment. You will be responsible for transforming complex datasets—ranging from logs and events to behavioral metrics—into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. Working closely with product and technical teams, you will help define and track key metrics that measure AI adoption, performance, and risk. The environment is highly dynamic, innovation-driven, and centered on responsible AI usage at scale. You will also contribute to building and evolving a data product that supports enterprise-wide visibility into AI consumption. Your work will directly influence how AI is monitored, optimized, and governed across the organization. This is a remote-friendly position based in Brazil, with occasional in-person requirements depending on location.
- Prepare, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources related to AI usage, including logs, events, and system metrics to ensure reliable datasets for analysis.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover adoption trends, user behavior patterns, and potential risks associated with AI tool usage.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards that translate complex technical data into clear insights for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product teams to define and refine KPIs, data models, metrics, and event tracking strategies for AI monitoring.
- Document business rules, data definitions, and metric logic to ensure governance, traceability, and consistency across reporting layers.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences, supporting data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Contribute to product evolution by leveraging analytical findings and stakeholder feedback to improve data capabilities and visibility.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, querying, and advanced analysis.
- Solid experience with Python and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and/or PySpark.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, along with knowledge of Grafana for monitoring dashboards.
- Familiarity with notebooks such as Jupyter or Google Colab for analysis and experimentation.
- Experience building visualizations using tools like Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
- Strong storytelling skills with data, capable of translating analysis into clear, actionable business insights.
- Interest or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and enterprise AI applications.
- Analytical curiosity, autonomy, and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities.
