About Jordan Valley Health:
Jordan Valley Health (JVH) is a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving the health of individuals and families in underserved communities. We provide comprehensive healthcare services including primary medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health. Our mission is simple: Improve our community’s health through access and relationships. By working collaboratively with partners and continually innovating, JVH strives to be a leader in providing essential healthcare for the underserved, ensuring everyone in our community has access to quality healthcare.
Job Summary:
The Clinical Supervisor provides direct, day-to-day supervisory oversight of all clinical staff operating within the Jordan Valley Senior Care center and in the field (community/home settings), including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Medical Assistants (MAs). This position serves as the operational clinical leader responsible for maintaining standards of care, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and the smooth functioning of all nursing and clinical support services across the continuum of PACE care. The Clinical Supervisor also works in close collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), the Medical Director, and other PACE department managers to ensure participant-centered, high-quality care is delivered consistently in the PACE center, during home visits, during transportation, and at contracted care sites. This role carries dual accountability — for the people it supervises and for the clinical processes that govern their work.
