  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives, even without a formal Product Manager title, with measurable product outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to query, interpret, and translate data into actionable product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical teams, leadership, and public communities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities and fast-moving requirements.
  • Experience working with online communities, trust & safety, or open collaboration ecosystems is highly valuable.
  • Familiarity with online security, privacy principles, or applied safety systems is a strong advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and geographic location
  • Fully remote-friendly work model with global collaboration opportunities
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and insurance benefits (varies by region)
  • Strong emphasis on work-life balance and sustainable workloads
  • Access to learning resources, training platforms, and professional development programs
