In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support across a designated territory, ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical equipment used in financial and retail environments. You will play a key role in maintaining the availability and performance of self-service banking and POS systems, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational continuity. The position involves hands-on technical work in the field, including diagnostics, component replacement, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure setup. You will also manage local inventory of spare parts and ensure accurate tracking of materials used in service operations. Working independently across your assigned region, you will represent the organization in front of clients, ensuring professional communication and strong service delivery standards. This is a highly field-oriented role suited for professionals who enjoy technical problem-solving and customer-facing responsibilities in dynamic environments.
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment within a designated territory, ensuring continuous operation and adherence to service level agreements.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolution of technical incidents related to ATMs, POS systems, PCs, printers, and related hardware.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including module-level replacement and diagnostics.
- Support installation activities such as cabling, setup, testing, and equipment configuration at client sites.
- Manage on-site inventory of spare parts, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials as required.
- Escalate complex technical issues to supervisors or control centers when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, especially when working in financial and regulated environments.
- Represent the organization professionally while maintaining service quality and brand standards.
- Previous experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, telecommunications, or ATM-related technical services.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, repair, and field service operations.
- Valid CNH (Category B or higher) and willingness to travel within the state of Goiás.
- Active CFT registration.
- Availability for on-call shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination record (2 doses).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in field conditions.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
