Operations Analyst, Journeyman in Virginia at DarkStar Intelligence LLC

DarkStar Intelligence seeks a talented Operations Analyst to provide expert program operations support to the Program Manager, Marine Air-Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2) program office. This on-site position focuses on coordinating daily program operations in close partnership with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Assistant Program Managers, and team leads. The selected candidate will attend weekly program meetings, coordinate facility resources, capture notes and action items, and produce metrics, graphs, and spreadsheets that keep program activities on track. This role supports the full rhythm of program office operations, including meeting coordination, documentation management, and the preparation and delivery of minutes for critical and decisional meetings.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award

Responsibilities

• Provide operations management support to the PM MAGTF C2 program office, coordinating with the PM, DPM, APMs, and team leads to keep program operations running smoothly.
• Attend weekly program meetings; coordinate facility resources, take notes, and record action items.
• Produce metrics, graphs, and spreadsheets for program action items.
• Organize and maintain electronic program documents and files for ease of access.
• Establish online/on-site meeting locations and send meeting invites per government-provided distribution lists.
• Draft and deliver minutes for critical or decisional meetings.
• Schedule meetings/facilities with leadership and prepare weekly schedule input to the portfolio.
