  • 7+ years of experience in software development or systems implementation roles
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with T-SQL (SQL Server) or PL/SQL (Oracle), including stored procedures and advanced queries
  • Strong background in relational database modeling and architecture (SQL Server or Oracle)
  • Experience with at least one modern programming language (C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript)
  • Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration using XML and JSON
  • Proven ability to lead technical workstreams and ensure code quality in delivery environments
  • Fluent English communication skills, with strong consulting and client-facing abilities
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, discipline, and ability to meet deadlines in complex projects
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

Nice to have includes experience with reporting tools (e.g., SSRS), label generation tools (e.g., Bartender), WMS implementations, and prior exposure to supply chain or logistics environments.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
  • CLT employment model with formal labor benefits
  • Opportunity to work on international supply chain transformation projects
  • Career growth in technical leadership and solution consulting roles
  • Exposure to complex enterprise systems and global clients
