SR Desenvolvimento Front-end (Angular)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SR Desenvolvimento Front-end (Angular) based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact digital products used by customers in complex financial and insurance environments. You will contribute to the evolution and maintenance of critical web platforms, creating efficient, scalable, and user-focused experiences. The position requires strong expertise in Angular and RxJS, combined with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into effective technical solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including product, design, backend, and mobile professionals, to deliver high-quality digital experiences. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive frontend specialist who enjoys modernizing applications, solving complex problems, and improving software architecture. Accountabilities:
  • Develop, evolve, and maintain multiple web portals focused on customer and institutional experiences.
  • Lead and execute application modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy Angular versions to newer releases such as Angular 17 and 18.
  • Build scalable and maintainable frontend solutions by applying clean architecture principles, reusable components, and performance optimization practices.
  • Ensure application quality by focusing on performance, scalability, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Product Owners, Tech Leads, Designers, Backend Developers, and Mobile Developers.
  • Understand complex financial business rules, including investment journeys, insurance processes, and account movements, and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance technical solutions and user experiences.
Requirements:
  • Strong professional experience as a Front-end Developer with solid expertise in Angular, preferably with experience in modern versions such as Angular 17 and/or 18.
  • Advanced knowledge of RxJS for managing complex asynchronous data flows and application states.
  • Proven experience with Angular application migration and modernization projects.
  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable component development, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and transform them into efficient technical solutions.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working effectively in multidisciplinary teams and agile environments.
  • Familiarity with AWS frontend infrastructure services such as S3, CloudFront, and Load Balancers is considered a plus.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools, such as Amazon Q or similar solutions, is desirable.
  • Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or pension industries is an advantage.
