Accountabilities:

The Operador de Autenticação Bilíngue will be responsible for analyzing online purchase and service requests, identifying fraud risks, and supporting secure transaction approvals.   • Analyze purchase and service requests to approve legitimate transactions and prevent fraud-related losses.
  • Perform telephone authentication with customers in Portuguese and English when additional verification is required.
  • Evaluate requests with different levels of risk, from low-risk reviews to more complex fraud investigations.
  • Execute large-scale transaction analyses while maintaining accuracy and productivity goals.
  • Perform secondary reviews, reanalyses, priority assessments, and customer-specific monitoring activities.
  • Support customer service requests related to analysis prioritization and case handling.
  • Participate in meetings focused on process improvements, operational alignment, and professional development.
  • Follow established procedures while contributing ideas to improve fraud prevention strategies and workflows.
Requirements:
