Job Description
CharterCARE Health of Rhode Island is modernizing the systems that support our people and operations. We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Systems Analyst to support Payroll, Human Resources and Supply Chain through a large Oracle implementation, followed by an enterprise MEDITECH implementation.
This contractor will serve as the bridge between business users and technical teams: gathering requirements, validating data, supporting testing and conversion, building reporting, and making sure each workstream is ready for go-live. The ideal candidate has lived through ERP implementations in a healthcare setting and can translate complex payroll, HR and supply chain processes into clean system requirements.
About CharterCARE
CharterCARE Health of Rhode Island is a nonprofit healthcare system that includes Roger Williams Medical Center, Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, CharterCARE Physicians and CharterCARE Home Health and Hospice. Our teams care for patients and families across Rhode Island every day, and the systems behind that care matter.

- Support design and validation of integrations between MEDITECH and ERP systems, including interfaces for HR, payroll, time and supply chain data
- Participate in workflow design sessions and help identify downstream impacts to finance and operations

Across Both Projects
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for end users, answering questions and escalating issues quickly
- Create clear documentation, including process maps, data dictionaries, job aids and training materials
